Ergüneş Group, which has been steadily advancing in the industry since 1983, acquired ASTEL ZIMBA SANAYİ, established in 1997, as a partner in the last quarter of 2021.
The company has become one of the leading companies in the sector by manufacturing products such as 80 Series – 92 Series – 100 Series Staple Wire, Argon Welding Wire, and J Series Headless Nails for furniture, beds, bases, and other sectors in its metal facilities.

The company, which gained a new identity with the Group, has focused on R&D activities in line with its growing volume; adopting a new corporate identity, it has continued production under the Star and Vix brands since 2021.
Astel Zımba Sanayi, which holds all registration and trademark rights, continues to be one of the leading manufacturers in the sector with its innovative ideas and traditional management approach, just like every company within the ERGÜNEŞ GROUP.

Additionally, as part of the R&D projects it launched in 2022, it has expanded its trade network with Chinese companies by opening the Vix brand to global markets for national competitiveness, and has secured distribution rights to have products manufactured under its own brand.
In this regard, it continues to guide its existing domestic and international markets; and it is expanding its domestic and international regional dealership network in the short term to continue growing its market share.
